4.1 Canada and Ontario are committed to ensuring continuity of service to Ontarians. In support of this obligation, both Parties agree that Canada may extend or renew agreements in force from the date of signature of this Agreement up to and including December 31, 2006 or that it may enter into new agreements during that period for a maximum period of two (2) years. a real estate development contract is an agreement between two parties; a developer or construction company and the owner of the land. This agreement covers the construction and development of a commercial or retail project on the ground. The developer is usually designated as responsible for the design or development of the project. The developer`s duty is to be responsible for negotiating its construction, engineering and construction contracts, including those with its subcontracts. 10K This agreement replaces the Canada-Ontario Job Fund Agreement and the Canada-Ontario Labour Market Agreement for Persons with Disabilities effective the effective date. On that day, these agreements will be revoked. This agreement was signed on behalf of Canada by the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and the Minister responsible for Democratic Renewal on November 23, 2005. 3.2 Ontario services are tailored to the client`s needs, from intensive and incremental interventions to improve a client`s employability with multiple barriers, to self-service options and/or short interventions for work. Basic services include labour market information, job matching, employment counselling and information on skills development opportunities. Improving services addresses the more complex needs of people facing barriers to employment, including vulnerable youth, recent immigrants, Aboriginals, older workers and the long-term unemployed.
